Dragonfly Chai Spiced Pumpkin and Apple Butters!

Submitted by on September 30, 2015 – 2:29 pm

Fall is in the air! The mornings and evenings are crisp and cool here in Hood River, Oregon! Which is great for the fall harvest! We get our pumpkins from a local farm in Corvallis, Oregon and apples from Walter Wells & Sons here in Hood River. They are purchased seasonally which makes for freshly picked fall flavors! This fall, we decided to launch a new line! By combining two great products, we have created a combination of exquisite flavors that is the taste of fall!

Introducing Dragonfly Chai Spiced Pumpkin and Apple Butters! After recipe testing, tasting(YUM), and now bottling these two beauties are available for your enjoyment! This is a collaboration with Dragonfly Chai, we have taken their chai tea mix and combined it with our pumpkin and apple butters to make what we think is a lick the jar clean kind of good. The Dragonfly Chai Spiced Pumpkin and Apple Butters combines the aromatic blend of exotic certified Organic spices like Cardamom, Ginger, Clove and Black Pepper to create a lively and balanced fruit butter that you will be sure to love. Use on waffles, pancakes, and biscuits, stir into yogurt, or eat straight from the jar(we won’t tell) – skies the limit really! It has been in the works for a while, but we are excited to announce the arrival of these products. They are available now on our website and locally in several Hood River stores! Be sure to keep your eyes out later this fall for them in Seattle at Metropolitan Market and PCC Markets and in Portland at New Seasons and Zupan’s!
