With summer right around the corner, we are always on the lookout for new cocktails to add to our arsenal of summer entertaining. This whisky peach cocktail is simple and quick, and its versatility makes it great for all occasions.
Bottled locally by Hood River Distillers, Pendleton Whisky is known for its uncommonly smooth texture, which makes it the perfect choice for this cocktail. To get just the right amount of sweetness and fruity flavor for the drink, we chose Oregon Growers Northwest Peach Jam.
To make this cocktail, I combined the whisky with the jam, and then topped it off with soda for a little fizz, and a sprig of thyme for garnish.
